About Us

The vision for the Frederick Warriors was birthed in 2000 and it’s been exciting to see His hand in this journey as we now embark on our 22^nd season of competitive play. This year the Warriors will play against Christian schools in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia.

As in every aspect of our lives, the team’s first call is to glorify our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in our play as a basketball team. To this end the Warriors are part of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) ministry and take seriously their commitment to “being a competitor for Christ”.  We are very excited at what the Lord has done, is currently doing, and will do with me and the other players that make up the team. We are all following Matthew 6:33 in seeking Him first and we know that He will use this season to teach us more about Him and His character. Our prayer is that He will mold each of us into the creation He designed us to be through the experiences we face on the team this season.
